The UCLA Labor Center invites applicants for an Associate Director of Development position to support the Center’s growing fundraising program including the Lawson Comprehensive Fundraising Campaign, signature development events, and major gifts. This position will play a key role in developing high-yield development events and managing a portfolio of the Labor Center’s closest and strongest supporters.
Working under the direction of the Labor Center’s Director of Development, the Associate Director of Development will support a growing fundraising program, including the multi-year Lawson Comprehensive Campaign and related signature development activities. In this dynamic position, this role will manage the center’s fundraising events; support research, reporting and development community; and actively implement a moves management approach to strengthen our individual donor program.
