Earlier this year the Dream Resource Center (DRC), launched Undocumented Stories. The multi-media exhibit curated by UCLA students, DRC staff, and SolArt, utilizes storytelling to uplift the lived experiences of unaccompanied minors and undocumented youth who have built a movement to change policies impacting higher education, access to healthcare, and deportation proceedings. After much success and positive reaction, Undocumented Stories will be bringing the exhibit to other parts of the country in an effort to empower immigrant communities, to reconstruct narratives, shape public opinion, and influence policy.
